Because our products are freshly made and perishable, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Cancellation requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.

Custom cakes and special orders require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards.

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide details, along with photos if possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns and Exchange

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damage during delivery, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom cakes, wedding cakes, and personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

We encourage customers to carefully review their custom order details before confirming.
